My name is Riya. I'm pursuing B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering with Specialization in OSS from UPES Dehradun.
Coding is what makes me enthusiastic, So I always try to enhance my coding skills using various online competitive coding platforms mostly on HackerRank (username : riya_17).
One of my interest lead me to Web Development. Following my interest I learned Web Development on my own and had an intern with Hackr.io in summer vacation of 2017. I developed a prototype website which helped to enhance pre-existing site and added new features. I had a Great Experience.
In 2018 I Interned with Intel. It was ML and AI intern in which I was assigned Face recognition project.
Some of my achievements are : I was awarded for the Best Minor Project (Implementation of Artificial Intelligence Technique for the Development of Virtual Assistant in C language & Linux operating System) in around 200 projects.
I secured 5th rank in a coding event MINDSWEEPER held during Cognizance at IIT Roorkee
I successfully Accomplished Hacktoberfest2018
In my spare time I read novels, watch movies or anime or listen to different genres of music.
